Quo Warranto

To share the information I have used to challenge any “gov” claim. Using Notices of Conditional Acceptance with prerogative writ Quo Warranto I challenged Council rates over 4 months ago – no overdue notice, no threats, no legal action, they have no authority and Quo Warranto in a formal Notice has stopped them in their tracks.
